WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO GET TO WINDHAM?

That depends! If you're within a few hours of driving, then that's the best option. We're recommending everyone plan to bring or have a car in the area, or to carpool with someone who does, as there's no public transportation or rideshare availability in Windham once you're here.

If you're flying, the closest airport is Albany, which is 40 minutes away. There are more frequent, direct flights into John F. Kennedy or LaGuardia Airports of course, and each is approximately 2.5 hours driving time from Windham.

HOW WILL THE SHUTTLES WORK FOR THE NIGHT OF NYE?

If you are staying at any of the hotels listed on the travel page of this website, we will be providing shuttles for pick-up and drop-off. An exact shuttle schedule will be available at the front desk when you check-in.

If you are staying elsewhere please plan on driving to the shuttle pick-up location (you can leave your car in one of the hotel lots). A reminder that car services are few and far between in Windham so please plan accordingly or text Ashley/Rob to help coordinate.

WHAT'S THE WEEKEND DRESS CODE?

The welcome party will be casual cocktail attire. No ties required - just dress to impress :)

The wedding will be black tie optional. Feel free to go all out if you prefer and get into the NYE vibe as much or as little as you'd like.

WILL THERE BE FOOD?

You know there will - but please be advised there will not be a sit-down dinner. Food will be served at various stations throughout the night starting at around 8:30pm and will go all night! If this is a bit later than you're used to, we're recommending you eat a late lunch or a light dinner before the start of the festivities.
